IMPORTANT: This tournament is UPA-sanctioned, which means that players need to complete the roster and waivers (if necessary). The good news is that if your players are not current UPA members but plan on playing more tournaments this year (e.g., fall series), we are now in the cheaper late-season registration rates.
If your team has any players under 18, they also have additional forms (chaperone form: 1 per each team with a minor; medical authorization: each minor player) to fill out and some need to have a parent’s signature, so please take care of these before the tournament and bring your completed materials to the tournament.
If you have any questions on the UPA stuff, email me or check the UPA website at http://www.upa.org/resources/sanctioning/forms.shtml for more info.
